The project covers a large rectangular area between two central streets in Milan and it envisions the renovations of two old buildings and a new one. Green spaces, cut out between the building volumes, make up an extremely pleasant and varied public space and light contributes to create an intimate atmosphere.
The lighting passes through the courtyards and greenery enhancing shapes and materials of the buildings, while providing the right amount of light for the people who live there.
Particular attention has been taken to avoid glare for residents.
